Franklin Capital is a private investment company focused on value-add real property investments. Over the past eighteen years Franklin has invested in all types of existing commercial property and commercial development projects.

Properties are either acquired directly by Franklin Capital or funds are invested as passive participations with other investment companies. Franklin invests its own funds and invests funds for a select group of individual investors.

Franklin has long-standing relationships with mortgage lenders and is considered an excellent credit. We have never defaulted on a loan, never missed a loan payment, and have never lost money for investors. We maintain low debt levels and currently total debt LTV is below 20% on a portfolio basis.
