Franklin Capital is managed by Brian Beall, Managing Partner, who oversees
all investment activities. Mr. Beall has twenty years of experience in managing
real property investments, building management and leasing, construction
management, and legal and tax structure decision making.
Previously, Mr. Beall worked for the Boston property
investment and development firm, Davis Marcus Partners, where he was responsible
for commercial property investment analysis and due diligence.
Mr.
Beall is a member of the Trustees of Reservations,
The Nature Conservancy, The Conservation Council of Hawaii, and various
professional organizations including The Real Estate Finance
Association and
The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Mr. Beall
attended Punahou School, St. Lawrence University, and the Boston
College Carroll School of Management.
